Updated Guidance for Feasibility Licence Applications now available

Updated guidance documents on the offshore renewables feasibility licence application and assessment process are now available on the Offshore Infrastructure Registrar’s website.

Applicants should note that for applications submitted after 8 August 2023, the new version of guidance documents, application form and disclosures must be used to support feasibility licence applications.

Developers can submit feasibility licence applications for proposed offshore wind projects in the Hunter declared area from 8 August 2023 to 14 November 2023.
