Offshore renewables licence information disclosure

The Australian Government has made new regulations under the Offshore Electricity Infrastructure Act 2021.

The Offshore Electricity Infrastructure Amendment (Information Disclosure) Regulations 2024 allow the Minister for Energy and the Registrar to release more information to the public in relation to offshore renewables licence applications.
